How do I schedule a parcel pickup from my home or office?
Simply book through our mobile app or website. Enter your parcel details, pickup address, and preferred time slot — one of our delivery agents will collect your parcel at the scheduled time.
What is the cut-off time for same-day and next-day delivery?
- Same-day delivery: Requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM.
- Next-day delivery: Bookings can be made anytime before 11:59 PM the previous day.
How can I track my parcel during delivery?
Every parcel receives a unique tracking number. You can enter this number on our website or mobile app to receive real-time updates throughout the delivery process.
